Anna has been devoted to her pilates practice for over a decade. With her love for pilates and the inspiring results for both mind and body, she has a desire to share this practice with others.
Anna creates fun and dynamic classes that focus on flowing movement. Her classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone the body, as well as challenge and improve stabilising muscles, posture and balance. Anna teaches to all levels and loves for clients to have fun in their workout and leave feeling aligned and recharged in body, mind and spirit.
For clients with individual needs, be it a specific fitness goal, pregnancy, healing from injury or advancing their practice, Anna can design classes accordingly.
In addition to time in the studio, Anna is passionate about living a holistic and balanced life, enjoying the beautiful region and amazing community here in the Northern Rivers.
